Store-shelf sprays buy you a few quiet days; Nex Pest Control's Bed Bug Control technicians treat the source so the problem doesn't just come back after the can runs out.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Ottawa County pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
What keeps Nex Pest Control running in Ottawa County after all this time is unremarkable, honestly: we show up, we fix the actual problem, and we don't disappear if it comes back.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Ottawa County's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Here's what tends to show up right before a Ottawa County homeowner finally picks up the phone.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Ottawa County crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Ottawa County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Ottawa County homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a Ottawa County property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
Ottawa County restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Ottawa County termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
Monthly barrier treatment through Ottawa County's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Ottawa County quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Ottawa County same-day calls. We keep routes tight across Ottawa County specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every Ottawa County technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Ottawa County customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough Ottawa County attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your part of Ottawa County before they even arrive. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
Ottawa County clients don't have to argue for a re-treat. If our records show the pest is still present after the guarantee period, the next visit is already covered.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Ottawa County customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
The flat quote before treatment was the deciding factor for us — no surprise line items on the invoice afterward.
Termite inspection found damage under the porch we had no idea about, and the report was thorough enough for our insurance claim.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Service logs are ready every visit, which has made our compliance paperwork so much easier.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Our property management company needed a standing service across six units and Nex Pest Control set up one consistent schedule with a single point of contact.
Nex Pest Control dispatches technicians to every Ottawa County neighborhood and the surrounding communities that share the same pest pressure. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and newer developments on former farmland both fall under the same Ottawa County coverage zone, even though the pest pressure differs between them.
